Jaime Ehrhardt is a change management authority, strategic human resources expert, and leadership coach specializing in individual and organizational transformation, development and effectiveness. Jaime helps leaders extract dynamic performances from themselves and others in order to realize tangible business results.

Professional Highlights
Jaime possesses over 10 years of experience as an Executive Talent Coach and HR Leader for two retail “big box” powerhouses – Best Buy and Target Corporation. At these companies, Jaime impacted large-scale transformation, developed organizational design & effectiveness strategies, and enhanced performance execution. Working in both single- and multi-unit manager roles in the retail field and leadership roles in HR, Retail, and Services, Jaime has richly diverse experience in both strategy and operations and understands how to fluently speak the languages of both retail and corporate.
- Served as the Executive Talent Coach and HR Strategic Business Partner for five executives (SVP and VP) at Best Buy where she utilized Strength-Based tools, 360 Degree Feedback rhythms, change management and strategic people planning to enhance performance execution of the Geek Squad leaders.
- Designed and implemented the HR strategy and Cultural Acclimatization plan for Audiovisions, a Best Buy 2004 acquisition.
- Researched (through conjoint analysis and profiling) the employee psyche of services employees vs. retail employees. Re-architected the people strategy and talent system to enhance employee value propositions for a global retailer.
- Developed HR and Change Management strategic recommendation and change playbook for an organization-wide business model transformation with high impact to employee base.
- Constructed an organizational effectiveness philosophy, assessment process, and strategic workforce plan for a national retail client.
In addition to coaching and consulting organizations on people and change, Jaime is an avid writer who penned her first non-fiction book on individual change in 2010. Jaime also serves on the Board of Directors for The Rapha Project, a pioneering organization dedicated to holistically improving the lives of socioeconomically disadvantaged women and children.
Academic Background
Jaime holds a B.A. in Communications, is a certified coach, and is pursuing graduate studies in Social Psychology.
