Rich has demonstrated the ability to drive material business outcomes while building the talent and core competency capacity of an organization. Rich has had the good fortune of working with major companies at times of great change and upheaval, providing a set of experiences that translate well in today's global business arena. Corporate business experience includes 29 years collectively at IBM, Best Buy, and Geek Squad.
At The ROIG Group, Rich leads the business technology practice, including value-added services development, IT strategies, hosted and managed solutions, and transition planning.

Prior to co-founding The ROIG Group, Rich was Vice President – Geek Squad Services and Business Information Officer – Best Buy Co., where he built the organization and infrastructure required to support rapid business growth and global expansion.
Past leadership roles included major transformational programs in Retail, Direct Marketing, and Information Technology, as well as operational leadership positions in business and IT.

Rich earned a Bachelor of Science in Management and Ethics, Summa Cum Laude from Crown College in St. Bonifacius, Minnesota.
