With over 20 years of experience as an executive within the Payments industry, Shelly Schneekloth is a seasoned executive and consultant whose impact has been felt in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore in addition to the United States. Shelly’s expertise in payments operations and compliance paired with product delivery and technology help clients easily move from strategy to execution that is both innovative and risk-mitigated. At ROIG, Shelly co-leads the Financial Services Practice where her steady and direct leadership style help clients through their greatest changes.

Shelly was the Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer for MetaBank where she was responsible for systems infrastructure, development, project management, and bank operations. Prior to MetaBank, Shelly was a business line executive at FIS, serving as Vice President of Operations for Prepaid Processing and then General Manager of the Prepaid Processing Division. No stranger to business management consulting, Shelly was a consultant for clients such as Citibank, Westpac, and ANZ Bank in the APAC region and has consulted for companies within the commercial real estate, construction, and banking industries in Germany, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and the United Arab Emirates. She is also very familiar with what it takes to grow a start-up business having worked or consulted for several startups in the payments space.

Shelly earned her BBA in International Business & Finance from James Madison University and her MBA in Finance from Virginia Tech. She also earned her coaching certification in 2003 from Coach Training Alliance.
